Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your designated address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time depends on multiple factors, primarily your location. Below are general delivery time estimates:


United States: 5-10 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
Australia: 10-20 business days
Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. For worldwide shipping, unexpected customs delays may increase the overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, our customer support team will contact you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at favorra.com@favorra.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will try our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

Delayed Delivery

At Favorra, we strive to ship orders promptly. However, certain external factors may cause unforeseen delays, such as:

  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Product availability issues
  • Address verification problems
  • Payment processing delays

In such cases, we will work with the courier service to ensure timely delivery and update you on any significant changes affecting your order. However, Favorra is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us at favorra.com@favorra.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. However, once a package is handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control.

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Contacting the courier service directly to file a claim
  • Providing any necessary details to support your claim

We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf. Please note that Favorra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases do not fall under our refund policy. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture.
