However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at favorra.com@favorra.com.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel an order. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. Items are considered damaged if they have defects or arrive physically broken. However, minor shipping-related packaging damage (such as dented boxes) with an intact product is not considered damage.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, send an email to favorra.com@favorra.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Favorra is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the courier service directly for assistance. Favorra is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If you realize an error, please notify us within 24 hours. If the incorrect address is not corrected within this timeframe, Favorra is not responsible for resending or refunding the order.
